United Airlines is breaking up with JFK Airport.

The airline is announcing that it will stop service at JFK on Oct. 25 and will move flights to Newark Liberty. It will also introduce its p.s. Premium Service to Newark, flying up to 17 daily roundtrip flights between Newark and San Francisco, and up to 15 daily roundtrip flights between Newark and Los Angeles.

In addition to the service changes, United will also renovate the airport’s Terminal C lobby and bring its new airport lounge design to all United Clubs there, TravelMole reports.

There are also plans for Delta to acquire United’s slots at JFK and for United to get Delta’s at Newark, but that must be approved first.
