Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Dream has some exciting new additions coming aboard when it goes into a three-week dry dock beginning Oct. 4.

The third ship in the Disney fleet will introduce a Star Wars-themed area to its children’s Oceaneer Club. Kiddos will be able to play in an area inspired by the Millennium Falcon, where they can do arts and crafts and participate in games and activities. The new area will also have gaming stations and a screen for playing episodes of Star Wars Rebels. Little ones will also have the chance to join the Jedi Training Academy to learn lightsaber moves.

The popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will open another outpost at sea on the Dream. To be located on deck 5 midship, the salon will give kids ages 3-12 makeovers, transforming them into little princesses or knights. On pirate night, stop by the boutique to unleash your inner pirate.

For all ages, there will be a new gelato/ice cream and candy shop called Vanellope’s Sweets and Treats on deck 11. Find it near Cabanas.

And solely for adults, deck 13 will get a new water feature called Satellite Falls, a circular splash pool with benches and rain curtain.

Those sailing on the ship’s Oct. 26 voyage will be the first to experience the enhancements.
