Make way for more Muppets at Walt Disney World.
Disney is announcing that the gang is coming to the Magic Kingdom in an all-new Liberty Square show.
Called “The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History,” the show will be presented daily beginning this October. The characters will give their own take on different historic events – from Paul Revere’s midnight ride to the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios — where the resort’s original Muppet attraction, MuppetVision 3D, is located – there will be a new Rizzo-themed restaurant. Situated at the old Toy Story Pizza Planet building in Muppets Courtyard, PizzeRizzo will have indoor and outdoor seating, a banquet room, and a booth designed for the rat’s friends. Look for this quick-service eatery when it opens this fall.
