Great Wolf Resorts is planning to open a resort in Florida near Walt Disney World, pending negotiations.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, it will be the company’s first outpost in the Sunshine State if negotiations succeed. Just 50 acres across Interstate 4 from Disney Springs, it would have an 800-unite hotel and may be restricted to only those renting a hotel room.
There are currently 14 Great Wolf Lodge locations – mostly in colder climates — and its newest property in Colorado Springs is under construction.
