All New Yorkers are friendly, right?

A new survey might indicate otherwise.

Real estate search engine Homes.com recently conducted a poll of 1,000 New Yorkers, finding that Manhattan is the friendliest borough – with 27 percent of respondents sharing that sentiment.

The least friendly is the Bronx, with 7 percent making the claim. That borough is also the one that fewer poll participants want to live in, with 38 percent admitting it’s the “least desirable.”

The survey also discussed labor relations. Forty-six percent have had arguments with neighbors over noise and parking. Seventy-one percent talk to their neighbors on a weekly basis.
