The West Coast is getting its own touch of Harry Potter magic.
Universal Studios Hollywood is announcing that it will open its Wizarding World of Harry Potter on April 7, 2016.
Like the original themed land at Universal Orlando, the new section of the park will have the exhilarating Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride and Flight of the Hippogriff, an outside roller coaster.
Beyond the rides, guests can dine in restaurants found in the books and films, and do some shopping for robes, wands, and other merchandise.
