Las Vegas may be landlocked, but that’s not stopping Wynn Resorts from bringing the sand to the strip.
The company is announcing a new project called Wynn Paradise that would include a 38-acre lagoon with a beach, island, and boardwalk.
That’s not all: there are also plans for a 1,000-room hotel, small casino, restaurants, nightlife venues, and 260,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
It’s estimated that the construction’s price tag could be as high as $1.6 billion – and admission won’t be free, either. Visitors would be required to pay to get in.
The plans must be approved by Wynn’s board of directors first.
