In recent years, we’ve become accustomed to airlines charging extra for everything from baggage to snacks and drinks.

Now, Illinois Congressman Dan Lipinski is proposing a new bill that would prevent domestic airlines from adding lavatory access to their roster of extra fees.

According to Road Warrior Voices, the bill would be known as the Comfortable and Fair Flights Act of 2015. Under it, passengers would be able to change flights at no charge if the plane’s bathroom is out of order.

The act also stipulates that carriers must refund any luggage fees if the passenger’s bags are delayed by at least two hours.
