These aren’t your mother’s hostels.

Generator, the stylish hostels brand, is set to open a trio of new properties in major European cities beginning in March. Opening in Amsterdam, Stockholm and Rome, the outposts will have shared rooms, private rooms, and suites.

Generator Amsterdam, debuting on March 16, was once the science building for the University of Amsterdam. On site, find a café, a lounge with lecture-style seating and a bar repurposed from a professor’s desk, and a library. Activities include beer tastings, coffee master-classes, movie screenings, and more. Rates are from $72 for a private room.

Visiting the capital of Sweden? Check out Generator Stockholm, located near Central Station, when it opens in June. Here, 244 rooms are spread across 11 floors. Amenities include a lobby café, bar, and restaurant. Opening in the summer is Generator Rome with a seven-story rooftop lounge, bistro, and 78 rooms.

The brand also has locations in Dublin, London, Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Venice, and Paris.
