The newest SeaWorld park will have two big firsts: it will be the first without orcas and the first one outside the U.S.

Set to open in 2022 in Abu Dhabi on Yas Island, the park is the result of a licensing deal between SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. and Miral Asset Management, which is backed by Abu Dhabi’s government.

The complex will focus on research, animal rescue, rehabilitation, and ocean conservation.

Bloomberg reports that instead of committing any money, SeaWorld will have a hand in design and construction, veterinary medicine, marine science, and zoological practice.
