Just when you thought New York City had enough Starbucks, the company is announcing that it’ll open a 20,000-square-foot roaster in the Big Apple in 2018 – the brand’s biggest store ever.

To be located in the Meatpacking District, it will be the second Starbucks roaster; the first opened in Seattle in 2014. There, customers are able to take a look at the roasting process, manufacturing, and brewing, as well as interact with roasters and baristas.
