Love flying with Virgin? Now you might love the company’s new (and first) Virgin Hotel.

Located in a restored 1920s bank in the Windy City, the Virgin Hotel Chicago has 250 rooms, 40 of which are pet friendly. It’s also home to 40 suites and two penthouses, measuring from 730 square feet each.

Other things to enjoy at the hotel include a spa with a la carte treatments, manicure bar, and champagne cart, plus a rooftop food and beverage space that expands the entire width of the property and a terrace that wraps around three sides of the building, providing views of the city.

Techies might love the hotel’s app, too. Dubbed “Lucy,” the app acts as guests’ concierge, room service, bell hop, thermostat and TV remote. You can also use Lucy to arrange for the hotel’s Tesla Model S house car to take you off property.

Rates are from $209 per night. A Virgin Hotel is expected to open in New York by fall 2017, in addition to one opening in Nashville next summer.
