There are a lot of benefits to travel, but what about the negative effects?

According to one study posted on Sage Journals, frequent travel may cause adverse psychological, emotional, and physical effects. The study was conducted by the Universities of Surrey, U.K. and Lund, Sweden.

According to Yahoo Travel, the consequences include high stress levels, loneliness (especially for business travelers who often travel alone), jet lag, sleep deprivation, deep vein thrombosis, and radiation exposure.  It may also cause “travel disorientation,” derived from a combination of constantly changing environments and the stress of planning trips.
