Spa resort brand Six Senses will open a 137-unit hotel in 2019 in an area along the High Line.
Called The Eleventh, it’s set to be built at 17th Street and 11th Avenue, where it will be West Chelsea’s tallest building. It will also be the site of luxury condos that afford views of the Hudson River.
An open-air pedestrian promenade running adjacent to the High Line is in development, too.
