It seems that a lot of people had the same idea to travel over the holidays this year.
AAA is announcing that 103 million people will travel between Dec. 23 and Jan. 2 – a record number.
Six million people are expected to take to the skies – a jump of 2.5 percent. The number of people driving is increasing, too, with 2.3 million more people hitting the road this year compared to last.
The agency predicts that travel via train, bus, and cruise ships is decreasing this holiday season.
