Proving that Williamsburg is only getting hotter, Pod Brooklyn will open this spring in the trendy neighborhood.
The micro-hotel will have 249 modular rooms – all built in Poland – that measure in at 100 square feet. They’ll feature bunk or queen beds, built-in storage, oversized windows, blackout shades, and tech amenities for streaming your own media content.
At check-in, guests will do it on their own using iPads – all under a glass ceiling. Other public spaces include a second floor mezzanine with work and lounge area, a rooftop area, and three courtyards.
As for dining, look out for Salvation Taco and a sidewalk café.
