Changes are coming to some of the theme parks in Orlando.

SeaWorld Orlando, according to TravelPulse, is announcing plans for what will be the area’s tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster. Called Mako after one of the fiercest sharks in the world, the ride will be taller than Universal Orlando’s Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket (167 feet), faster than Universal’s Incredible Hulk (67 mph), and longer than Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s Expedition Everest (4,427 feet). Mako will debut in 2016.

Universal Orlando is making big news of its own. The 25-year-old resort will add a water park called Volcano Bay to its roster. The park, which will be located just south of the Cabana Bay Beach Resort, will welcome guests in 2017. In 2016, the resort will open its new King Kong attraction, Skull Island: Reign of Kong, in addition to adding another hotel, Sapphire Falls Resort.

At Walt Disney World, the Great Movie Ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is unveiling updates that were made through a partnership with Turner Classic Movies (TCM). Changes include a new pre-show and narration.
