Taking a trip with Norwegian Cruise Line soon? Here’s what you should know about its new cancellation policy.

According to Travel Weekly, the changes will take effect for bookings made after Jan. 1, 2016. Cruises of seven days or longer will require forfeiting 25 percent of the fare for bookings cancelled 78 to 89 days from sailing. If cancelling 60 to 75 days out, expect to forfeit 50 percent of the fare, and 75 percent for 31 to 60 days out. Cancelling plans within 30 days of the trip? You’ll encounter a 100 percent penalty.

Deposits are also changing: come 2016, it will be $100 per person for two- to six-day voyages, $250 on seven- to nine-day cruises, and $400 on cruises of 10 days or longer. Final payments are due 75 days from sailings of two to six days and 90 days on longer journeys.

With the exception of Norwegian Sky, holiday sailings require final payments 120 days out.
