Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants is announcing that it has discovered a malware attack on servers that process payment cards at some of its properties.
The incident occurred between Feb. 16 and July 7 at these locations. The malware was designed to steal card numbers, names, expiration dates, and verification codes.
