Pooches are getting their own place to relax at JFK Airport.

Now open at Terminal 4, there is an indoor post-security pet area where passengers can relieve their service dogs, emotional support animals, and other pets.

JFKIAT — the terminal’s management company — and Guide Dog Foundation, a guide and service dog school, partnered to build the 70-square-foot area.

There are more relief areas to come, too: the U.S. Department of Transportation will require all air terminals to have these designated areas by this August.
