After launching a program that will train and educate staff on how to help travelers with cognitive decline, London’s Heathrow Airport is calling itself the first “dementia-friendly airport in the world.”

The security staff will get lessons in how to identify potential fliers with dementia, as well as reducing anxiety during the screening process.

CTV News also reports that frontline staff will be given in-depth training for those with autism and hearing and visual impairments.
